My story and how it’s taught me the best way to help people.
During my school years I was always bigger than most of the other kids and found my escape from academia and stress through the medium of sport. I was always told that I couldn’t do something or I wasn’t allowed to because I was too young. This only fuelled my fire to be the best possible version of myself.
For many years I trained on my own and learnt as much as I could from books, magazines and videos. While watching others in the gym wondering how?! Through endless practice, two sessions a day and CRAZY dietsproduced minimal success. It was only when I started working with a coachand started working closely with the group that I was able to develop my skills and understanding. This supports my approach with working with you, in order to get the best out of you and your training sessions we need to be on the journey together.
THIS underpins my passion for wellness, fitness and weight training. Understanding the science and huge benefits that it had on me and now I want to help you do the same.
Throughout my coaching career I have supported the growth and development of clients to achieve their desired goals some of which include;
Lose body fat
Gain strength and muscle mass
Increase productivity and psychology around food and training
Better relationships with food
