I know Dave from my local athletics track where we both train. He is a great bloke and makes every seasion enjoyable and fun, not only this but his determination and hard work really motivated me and made me want to work harder.Myself, as a keen athlete, have recently been getting into gym work to improve my running, so I asked Dave for some advice. Not only was he easy to work with and efficient but the programme was specific for my goals and really worked. He tailored it to exactly what I needed and wanted.It fitted in really well with my current training programme and I am already noticing gains in the gym.

I have been Strength Training for nearly 5 years now and very much enjoy it still. But when Dave advertised for his 8weeks Power Development course, I was intrigued. I believe in pushing ourselves further and out of our comfort zone. So I signed up! The program was well designed and we learnt something new every week. A lot of technical lifts, a vast array of exercises challenging both body and mind. Dave used his extensive knowledge and Athlete's experience to always push us to try that ONE more time,that one more 2kg plate, that ONE more rep....

I came out of the course much stronger, feeling more able to tackle tricky technical lifts without injury and generally incredibly positive about my general strength and fitness. It has even led to me signing up to my local Athletics Vets League for the new season....There's no stopping me! Oh and of course I will continue to train with Dave and take on-board his valuable ongoing advice.
